At Dow Chemical and Monsanto Chemical Co., he championed significant projects as a Project Engineer, ensuring optimal operations and maintenance processes. His tenure at General Motor saw him at the helm of engine development projects, while his roles at Anheuser-Busch encapsulated everything from material specialization to facility management and brewing project oversight. As the former President & CEO of Southwest Illinois Development Corporation, Frank showcased his leadership acumen, steering the organization with strategic intent. Now, as the Director of Operations at Conolla Enterprises, Frank is poised to harness his vast expertise, particularly in manufacturing, construction, and transportation brokering, to drive operational excellence and forward-thinking strategies.
